The Community Garage Sale is happening in about two weeks! Officially, the sales are from 9 am to 6 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but you are welcome to run your sale earlier or later during daylight hours. We will advertise with a banner at the main entrance of each neighborhood, as well as smaller signs at the other entrances with balloons. We have joined with neighboring HOA’s to advertise on Craigslist, the online Fairwood Community News, and on Nextdoor.com. Please feel free to put out your own signs within the neighborhood to direct traffic to your sale.
For items that don’t sell, or you simply wish to get rid of, Uptekk UpteKK flyer 2017 will be accepting donations on Sunday, July 9th from 2-5 pm at both Candlewood Ridge and Carriage Wood park. You do not need to participate in the Community Garage Sale to donate items. All HOA members are welcome! Attached is a flyer with details about what kinds of items are accepted.
